My name is Steven Ramirez, I have been working for the last three years. Before I began working my first job I did volunteering at my doctors office, the council, and at the hospital. My first job was at the syndicated news where I did work such as faxing, answering the phone and emails. My next job was at Michaels where I helped customers on the sales floor, to their car, did go backs and answered the phone. After that I was working at the CSUN bookstore where I was a cashier, a greeter, and I did go backs. At my current job at Office Max I answer the phone, go backs, online orders, being a cashier and work on the sales floor. Also I have graduated from CSUN with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies and I am currently in school going for my MBA at the University of Redlands.

Provide Excellent Customer Service at the front end of the store. Work to maintain a safe store environment. Give leadership to associates and make sure registers are organized. Assist with opening the store, closing the store, know Stein Mart’s guidelines and measures

Cashiering, help with go backs, sales floor assistance, answer customer calls, open/close store, provide merchandise information, store clean-up, organizing shelves, placing on-line orders, and providing product recommendations for customers.

I did research for newspaper stories, followed up with phone calls, did emails, faxes and mailings too.
