Prepares production schedules for both internal and outsourced products, with an emphasis on efficiency, customer expectation, and raw material shelf life. Inventory management, materials resource planning (MRP) entwined together with lean practices and principles. Work closely with Management, and Purchasing on operations development, forecasting, and inventory management.

My primary role and responsibilities were for the management of all production, and distribution of products. Including; scheduling of equipment, staff, and strike-off approval. QA Inspections, and development of policies and procedures. Staff management, product development and price management.

In charge of the pre-development and planning for both domestic and international production. Working with Merchants forecasts, and purchasing to procure raw materials. Coordinating and planning production in-house; inventory management, Q.A. inspections, charge backs, sample strike-off approvals.

I started as an assistant planner to the master scheduler, and than onto planner. Issuing production schedules, analyzing raw materials, and quoting exit factory dates. Later creating forecasts and time lines for overseas and domestic production.
