•   Managed design of men's wovens and cut & sew knits from development to production

•   Developed strong relationship with new mills and factories in Japan, Italy, Turkey, and Portugal that
produced a higher and more refined standard across multiple categories.
•   Strategized with in house design tech as well as overseas factories for new and more ergonomic
methods of garment construction and design details
•   Worked with mills and factories that are practicing sustainable methods and sourcing organic
materials wherever possible.
•   Rendered seasonal inspiration imagery into custom digital artwork and screen print designs for knits, outerwear, woven shirting, bottoms, and swimwear
•   Partnered with multiple groups to build and implement a new PLM system that created a more
intuitive, efficient, and creative workflow process for all Theory Design teams

Worked with senior knits and sweaters designer on inspiration, sketches, and fabric/yarn
development for all knit and sweater styles
•   Cultivated a stronger design aesthetic through material research, stitch construction, fabric design, and trim development for men's knits and sweaters
•   Translated abstract design concepts into production approved garments by working closely with both sweater and woven technical designers for prototype, sample, and pre-production stages
•   Increased productivity by managing product styles, trim sheets, tech packs, supplier requests, and purchase orders within a PLM system for in house and overseas sample development

•   Helped to create and edit Adobe Illustrator sketches, CAD projects, print design, tech packs, purchase orders, line sheets, and presentation boards
•   Reviewed and submitted comments for lab dips, fabric, prints, and stitch trials
