Managed the CFO operations seamlessly and achieved a 25% growth last year. Won two major deals in the F&A space and was involved from the presales stage. Been instrumental in driving automation initiatives across the portfolio and achieving a 25 % cost take out. Last three months, been involved in the Hitech and Mfg domain space. Handled the entire F&A and Supply chain portfolio as CFO operations which covers delivery, solutioning, transition, operational excellence as well as driving front end sales with the Sales team. Total strength of FTE's was around 4000. Won two major deals each worth 50 Million. Drove quite a few technology driven projects as well as ensuring the productivity levers come through as per the contract deliverables.

Reported to the Director of Shared Services Center and had four operations Managers as reportees. Instrumental in setting up the BPO unit in India. Was the first manager to join the BPO along with the Director. Key responsibilities and achievements were as follows:

Managed and Stabilized 100 roles of Intra Corporate process from across APAC, EMEA and US in a short span of six months.
Consolidated the three treasury accounting hubs from different parts of the world into Bangalore.
Transitioned the Rebates process from US (managing claims programs) thereby providing transaction-processing muscle for high dollar value, low volume programs.
Successfully managed both internal and external audits and came out successful without a single non-conformance.
Successfully completed five six sigma green belt projects and one of the projects was rated the best in a competition wherein all major BPO units participated.
Was part of the team involved in scoping and feasibility study for new transitions.

Joined as Senior Executive commercial reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager at Bangalore. Had three semi qualified accountants reporting into me for two and half years. Subsequently promoted as Manager Finance and transferred to Chennai to Head the Chennai operations consisting of 125 FTE's.

Article ship for three years from April 1984 till March 1987. Continued with auditing as a paid assistant till Dec 1987. From Jan 1988 till Dec 1988 I worked with Integrated Finance Ltd (An MRF Group Company) in the Internal Audit Department.
