Won two major deals in the F&A space and was involved from the presales stage. Been instrumental in driving automation initiatives across the portfolio and achieving a 25 % cost take out. Last three months, been involved in the Hitech and Mfg domain space. Handled the entire F&A and Supply chain portfolio as CFO operations which covers delivery, solutioning, transition, operational excellence as well as driving front end sales with the Sales team. Total strength of FTE's was around 4000. Won two major deals each worth 50 Million. Drove quite a few technology driven projects as well as ensuring the productivity levers come through as per the contract deliverables.
