Operations Coordinator/Producer for live broadcast tv.  Build the show from start to finish.  Manage all aspects of the show on-site.  Create the show survey, interface with stadium management, all required vendors.   Supervise crew,  maintain hours, support production during the broadcast, supervise strike/load out and file post show report.



ESPN/ABC
• Oversaw operations for remote sporting events - providing coordination for as many as 400+ operators/crew
• Provided hotel coordination for all remote employees
• Supervised large groups of "Runners" for each event, whose responsibility it would be to maintain compound organization and flow
• Supervised large groups of "Utilities" for each event, whose responsibility would be to support vital camera positions and TV compound set thru strike
• Created surveys prior to arriving on site, which would include schedules, trucks, lighting, power, maps, contacts, and security information
• Collaborated with credential staff to ensure access for all necessary employees onsite
• Provided various contracted catering options daily for crew meals
• Ensured safety procedures were in place for both compound and venue, also coordinated with venue management weekly
• Worked with NABET, ESPN, and ABC employees on all sites
• Acquired and booked vendors in multiple cities throughout the United States
• Responsible for coordination of compound build, broadcast, and knockdown
• Possesses wide array of vendor contacts nationwide
