Susana Vega: Production Merchandiser in Long Beach, CA

• Manage, monitor, and maintain over 3 million units on order • Oversee product development through bulk production stage • Daily communication with factories including but not limited to overseas factories • Traveling as needed; including overseas travel to ensure highest production quality • Liaison for Tinseltown Production team and prospective/current clients • Participate in all fittings to evaluate the fit and design of all garments • Assist with managing the production timeline for all trims/washes (i.e. lab dips, hardware, heat transfers) • Assist with production issues, ensuring the delivery of premium goods • Collaborate and provide production support to internal sales, technical design, and logistics departments

• Participate in open-to-buy meetings with Planning/Allocations to ensure the department achieves financial goals • Negotiate all costs, deliveries, and product quality/quantity with vendors • Maintain effective communication/relationships with over 12 factory direct and indirect vendors • Participate in all fittings to evaluate the fit and design of all garments • Assist with the product development of all styles through bulk production • Attend all Trend Analysis meetings to maintain a strong focus on target market trends

• Oversee the recruitment, hiring and training of in-store employees • Manage a staff of 15 to 25 associates, as well as daily store operations • Analyze weekly sales figures and enhanced store sales with product driven solutions
