Oversaw all aspects in Pre-Production in tandem with Customer Care.
Coordinated the planning and execution of cut, sew fabric and material work orders.  Lead  weekly meetings amongst three departments: Pre-Production, Customer Care and Shipping.  Negotiated material and labor costs.  Coordinated Garment testing.
