DC Shoes Colorway

First female athlete in the company's 30-year history to receive a colorway. I led the design and conceptualization of the Susie Slip-On Shoe. Orchestrated with photographers and videographers to deliver an advertisement showcasing the shoe. Garnered visibility in my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio through a prominent billboard featuring my portrait and skate photo. 


Hi, my name is Susie Heath, and I am a driven professional with a diverse background in ecommerce, customer support, and the skateboarding industry. As a former sponsored skateboarder, I represented top brands and was featured globally in videos and publications, including Thrasher Magazine’s “Am Scramble,” and was the first female athlete to receive a colorway with DC Shoes. Today, I combine that passion and discipline with professional experience enhancing customer experiences and operations at Globe International Limited. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati with a 3.99 GPA and have received notable academic recognition. My skill set includes ecommerce operations, order management, product page creation, customer support, social media content creation, and organizational efficiency. I am excited to bring this unique blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and customer-focused expertise to a new opportunity and collaborate on delivering meaningful results.

Responsible for planning and organizing with videographers and photographers to create content for sponsored brands. Foster engagement within the skateboarding community through active participation in events, contests, video premieres, company-sponsored trips and more.

Professional Skateboarder

Greet guests upon arrival and scan customer tickets to ensure smooth entry and to maintain efficient operations. Assist guests by answering inquiries and addressing concerns. Manage film screenings across three theaters, including those hosted in The Honda Pacific Visions Theater, a state-of-the-art theater seating more than 300 attendees and featuring a 32-foot-tall, 180-degree wrap-around screen. Provide clear instructions for guests and provide safety protocols for navigating the Lorikeet Forest, a 5,400-square-foot outdoor aviary. Escort students safely from field trip buses, provide briefings on aquarium rules and guide groups into the aquarium—ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Guest Services Specialist

Fulfilled customer's orders, nightly balanced the register, ensured all closing producers were met. Enhanced customer service by effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns and complaints.

Ice Cream Scooper

Evaluated student assignments for Economics 4010, adhering to a prompt one-week grading schedule. Conducted weekly WebEx office hours, offered assistance to students, addressed inquiries and provided assignment guidance. Actively engaged in class activities, provided support and guidance to ensure student comprehension and success.

Economics Teaching Assistant

Led skateboarding programs for a diverse range of international youth aged six to 18 at a world-premiere action sports camp designed to accelerate athletic progression, foster skill development and empower athlete confidence. Assisted in the maintenance of skateparks, organized skate contests, and oversaw operations for two recreational facilities. Offered mentorship and support to female campers aged 12 to 18. Orchestrated weekly camper registration, facilitated camper bank account establishment and assisted with activity enrollment. Participated as a visiting pro during summers 2021, 2022, and 2023.

Skate Instructor

Mentored and instructed youth from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area to improve their skateboarding ability and self-confidence. The most meaningful aspect of the job was being the mediator for the children to interact with one another and create friendships. Refined my communication and problem-solving skills.
