Experience and growth has taught me how to build strong business relationships within departments, vendors, dealers and the public in productive ways. How? By listening to the needs, suggestions, ideas and working towards the same objective. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. For example, I work closely with the development department to help assist and implement design and functional enhancements which are then monitored via feedback from the field.

As a fast learner whose passion is to like to lead and hit the ground running, knowledge and personal and professional growth is an everyday progression.

My goal is to offer a company a great asset as an employee. I thrive in both independent and team-oriented work environments and have a desire to lead and can effectively represent the company in professional settings.  Ultimately move into Product Management.
