Taegan Gray: Floor Superviosr in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA

I am responsible for all the work done on an assigned floor. As a supervisor, I will work with a number of other employees who help me maintain order on your floor. I communicate with the Manager on a very constant basis. I develop floor reports and keep hourly statistics of the stores sales and ect. I am also responsible for training others in the store weather it be coaching in the moment or working on training packets with my team.

I was responsible for taking care of customer's wants and needs. Customer Service was a must in this job! our priority was to make a customer a life long Vans customer. I was also responsible for inventory organization, and store organization as well.
