Baseball Instructor and Assistant Manager

Currently in my 4th year at UC San Diego majoring in Corporate Communications while adding a minor in Business Strategies. Previously played on the NCAA Division II Men's Baseball team at the University of California, San Diego and have entry-level experience in b2b marketing, sports, finance, and general customer service industries.

Teach the fundamentals of baseball and proper recovery techniques.
Provide private pitching lessons for baseball players ages 8-18.
Ensure the flow of activities throughout the facility and provide customer service.
Currently work 3 days a week while enrolled as a student at UCSD.

! Assisted with the documentation of customer accounts, open ended problem solving and proofreading marketing material.
! Assisted in creating press releases and weekly company update videos as well as maintaining the company's marketing data sets using various platforms.

Full-time Summer Intern

Provided and staged golf carts for customers with great customer service.
Assisted golf director with management of the course pro shop.
Worked 3 days a week while enrolled as a student at UCSD.

Outside Attendant

Responsible for opening and closing the Van Dixhorn Fuel Dock convenience store.
Provide full-service maintenance and fuel to all watercraft vessels.

Contacted and updated clients on their portfolio status.
