Manage development, production and sampling from beginning to end Delegate work and provide tech packs to domestic contractors on a daily basis Inspect quality of embellishments, trims, sewing construction, and sizing Propel cut components to and from each contractor for embellishment & sewing Create purchase orders for contractors, fabric, and trims Update WIP and T&A reports daily Build cost sheets & BOMs Negotiate pricing with contractors Revise tech packs with sewing instructions & artwork changes Report finished goods to shipping department and sales manager Develop new patterns and execute pattern changes Assemble spec sheets and pattern cards with respective samples Work closely with design department on fit sessions
