In Auditworks:
• Run daily reports: NSF Fees, Mail Check Requests, Closing or Duplicates, and Employee Sales.

Sales Auditor

• Obtain vendor graphics and prepare for silk screen printing by utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

• Manage full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping for various store locations.
• Knowledge and use of QuickBooks, LightSpeed, and LogMeIn.
• Run monthly reports, input daily sales, gift card usage, and sales tax; reconcile monthly bank accounts and PayPal account; quarter
closing; input and pay bills (invoices); record inventory asset, depreciation, and prepaid accounts.
• Fill out and file all tax forms related to operating a small business in California and Connecticut; pay sales tax; process refunds via
merchant system; and communicate with store manager. Provide customer service.
