I've worked with both small start-ups and rapid-growth tech giants. Additionally, I have an entrepreneurial mindset that's allowed me to experience the ups and downs of owning a small business.

We Craft Social is the premiere creative-social experience. Guests come together to make something unique and to meet new friends.

As founder and event manager, my accomplishments and responsibilities include:
- Curating creative events, from ideation to marketing to execution and follow-up
- Building a loyal community of regular attendees by targeting specific online communities
- Developing and offering an enterprise option for apartment communities, businesses, and organizations
- Strategizing product launches resulting in consistently sold-out events
- Managing all creative visuals, including product photography, light design, website and more 
- Strict budget management including advertising, venues, insurance, staff, supplies, giveaways
- Maintaining engagement through monthly newsletter, social media, and partner events
- Utilizing community feedback to improve events and customer experience

We Craft Social has been featured by USA Today, as well as several online  publications. 

Customer Engagement Responsibilities:
- Design and development of customer engagement in a fast paced start up 
- Real time support through the Artist Growth desktop and mobile application 
- Bug triaging, communicating needs and developments between team and customers 
- Identifying and implementing brand voice into everyday interactions including support and social media
- Venue coordinator for our onsite performance space, managing private shows, including the 3 day 2017 Americana Music Fest See less

Marketing and Events Responsibilities:

- Marketing Coordinator: Overseeing the various arms and legs of marketing including product marketing, public relations, demand generation, and content marketing, ensuring that everyone is on the same page
- Content Creator: Imagining and executing on content relevant to our customer base
- Social Media Manager: Planning, posting, engaging, and tracking each of our social feeds
- Big Idea Maker (Working Title): Brainstorming and implementing ways to drive sales with our current resources, as well as new opportunities in the marketplace (including live events, print materials and digital outlets, thought leadership, and good ole' human relationships) 
- Project Manager: Ensuring that marketing projects are on schedule, that each stakeholder is informed and has what they need, that products are delivered through the appropriate channels...and that each project is successful!

These responsibilities allowed me to interact with the following tools on a daily basis:
