Develops customer relations by being a cross-discipline Master Scuba Instructor with
charismatic interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with clients of all ages and backgrounds.

Staffed and managed public outreach through a Maui Dreams Dive Co. booth during a
monthly community event: Kihei 4th	Friday. During these monthly events, I was able to increase customer return to our physical store as well as increase social media
engagement through posts, prizes and conversations.

Provides personalized and interactive customer service through working in a busy scuba
shop through direct interaction and phone conversation with the intent to create a
memorable experience for our locals and our visitors!

Maintains guest relations through identification of client needs and offering solutions that
are tailored (pun intended) individually to increase satisfaction and sales.

Handles the intake of money and balanced spreadsheet regarding sales of cash and credit
cards at the beginning and end of each shift.

Handles a large volume of transactions during high-foot traffic events. This year we
worked during the SOJA concert at the MAC, participated in multiple local weddings and even won 'UBE of the Year' award during the UBE-FEST here on Maui.
