After receiving my degree in Business Management from San Diego State University in 2010, I began my professional career at a small start-up technology company in Oceanside, CA. By beginning my career at such a small company, I had an exciting opportunity to learn about many different aspects of business. I have been able to gain invaluable experience in fields such as: Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Team Management and Operations. Currently, SkoolLive employs over three dozen people and has established the nation's largest digital media network to ever exist directly on school campuses.

The beauty of working for such a small company is the opportunity it offers to perform many different tasks that would typically be outside of your job description. I feel that from my experience working at a start-up, I have gained that “whatever it takes” attitude that all great employees must exhibit to be successful in today’s business environment. Another strength that SkoolLive has given me is a unique business acumen that may only be acquired in an entrepreneurial environment. In the five short years I have been out of college, I have been able to gain invaluable experience in not only my chosen field, but many others as well. It is a great asset to be able to understand the bigger picture and see the value of your work, rather than having “cubicle vision” and only focusing on one task, day-in and day-out.

I am interested in finding a position at an established company that will enable me to continue the growth of my professional knowledge and skills as well as one that offers plenty of opportunities for advancement.

•	Managed all aspects of customer success and satisfaction for over 600 school accounts, including all required kiosk installation preparation and troubleshooting all of their day-to-day issues.
•	Regularly traveled to meet with my school clients to establish and build strong relationships, guide them through the installation process, and to gain new business referrals or leads.
•	Supervised and supported the school sales reps at conventions and also as they performed their various inside & outside sales demos and presentations.
•	Collaborated with the Operations department in order to maintain our product inventory, plan kiosk delivery schedules and execute all kiosk installations on school campuses.
•	Hired and managed our Lead Generation and Marketing team in order to assist our school sales staff in meeting their monthly and yearly sales goals.
•	Delivered various weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, including: lead generation/network growth, school revenue earnings, and upcoming delivery schedules/quotas.
•	Assisted with the creation of all marketing materials, including: website copy, sales presentation slides, installation guides, media kits, social media content and e-mail newsletters.
•	Developed and maintained a stellar reputation for SkoolLive within the education industry by providing excellent customer service to schools over the phone and through our website.
