Own the entire sales process and retention cycle for direct to consumer e-mobility products. Utilizing Netsuite and Hubspot on a daily basis.

National Sales Manager

• Creating and maintaining the wholesale online listings for ecommerce products on multiple platforms (Philbrick’s Website, Amazon, Ebay). Updating inventory based on price changes and product availability.

• Managing warranty process on hardgoods equipment. Regularly updating the customer via telephone and email of an expected timeline resolution.
• Continuous networking, by building relationships with 3rd party represenatives to order industry gear (bikes, skis, apparel, shop equipment).
• Working with service department to secure all proper repairs parts for customers, staying ahead of known shortages for recurring needs.
• Promoting brand awareness by taking specialty online courses on Mountain Bikes, E-bikes, Road Bikes, Cruisers and Hybrids.

• Conducted profitability assessments on menu items based on cost per ingredient. Documented information in Excel spreadsheets to track yearly fluctuations. This resulted in an 2% direct profit from 2018-2019.
• Managed daily food purchase order for vendors such as Performance Food Group, Overton Produce, Dole & Baily and other local vendors.  Utilized Microsoft Excel for organization.
