• Management support to the Corporate Segment Leader Italy • Quantitative and qualitative analyses, forecasting, monitoring and tracking of sales data • Market research, analysis of the competitive landscape, mapping of the economic potential of Italian regions in terms of prospects/clients with revenue between 50 and 350M € • Participation to meetings with prospects and/or clients; CRM • Creation of presentations for executives as well as prospective clients both in Italian and English • Project management: creation of standardized guidelines to define the 3-years strategic plans for 9 Italian Offices -Drafting business plans for the opening of new Offices in Italy
