Freelance & Contract

• Provided services to clienteles who have small businesses or just starting.
• Developed the pattern, grade for sizes and produce samples from conceptual sketches.

•  Worked on men's shirts, pants and outerwear, women's clothes and swimsuits and children's clothing's. Created wedding gowns and custom made clothes.

• Examined and measured proto, pre-production fit and Top of Production samples to ensure accurate execution of requested measurements, quality, construction and overall fit.
•  Executed fit comments in a timely manner to ensure fit process stays in line with the production time and action timeline.
• Collaborated with vendors on fit construction and problem- solve current and/or potential fit issues to avoid any inconsistencies in fit.
• Led assigned department fit sessions by taking initiative as the fit expert by demonstrating aptitude in resolving fit issues, while preserving block integrity and design intent.
• Transformed sample during fit session by pinning, marking, and/or cutting sample. Captured fit/silhouette issue via digital photographs, and recorded clear and concise alteration notes.
•  Developed and maintained specification packages from prototype through to production approval, which include specs, detailed technical illustrations, grading, and construction.
• Provided technical expertise in identifying potential roadblocks and offer alternatives without compromising the look.

• Worked in the Design Dept. as a Pattern Maker/Technical Designer developing new
pattern blocks that supports the fit requirements of the company.
• Worked closely with the designer to ensure that all details are applied according to specs and design.
• Led assigned dept. fit sessions by taking initiative as the fit expert by demonstrating
aptitude in resolving fit issues, while preserving block integrity and design intent.
• Collaborated with business partners to develop and maintain specification packages
from prototype through production approval, which include specs, detailed technical
illustrations, grading, and construction.
• Provided technical expertise in identifying potential roadblocks and offer alternatives without compromising the look.

• Responsible for pattern making, grading patterns, cutting and sewing. Ensured that	production samples were done perfectly.
• Created custom made wedding gowns and doing wedding gown alterations. Assisted in fittings and client measurements.

• Managed 3 sewers in the production of boutique clothing line and custom-designed clothes.
• Responsible for pattern making, grading patterns, cutting and sewing.
• Ensured that production deadlines were met.
