Senior Product Manager, Supply Chain

- Product lead for a new team called Fulfillment Optimization Integrations.
- The scope of this team encompasses ensuring customers are given accurate estimated delivery dates on site, persisting the fulfillment plan in post-order execution systems, and optimizing modifications as the state of the supply chain changes.

- Product lead for all the digital experiences needed in Wayfair's first physical retail store (opened 8/21/19). Worked directly with the Physical Retail GM and Chief Product & Marketing Officer with a small engineering team and one direct report.
- The team was responsible for delivering the entire in-store shopping funnel, connecting offline to online, and store operations. For launch this meant delivering a point of sale, an inventory management system, dynamic pricing labels, and mechanisms for sharing products with customers. Had cross-functional accountability for Room Planner VR, hardware, and store associate training.

Senior Product Manager, Physical Retail

- Product lead of browse pages and features across brands, devices, categories, and other page types. This included filters, product cards, grids, page performance, and the cross-functional testing agenda. Additional scope included product-class nuance, pricing, and sale flag logic consistency.
- Divided the space into three major customer problems/workstreams, selected achievements below
   - Narrow (to a manageable selection): In one test to help make filters easier for customers to understand, we added images to technical industry terms. This increased conversion by 3.50%.
   - Evaluate (products): Tested making it easy for customers to view a product and return to where they left off browsing by opening products in new tabs. The result was a 2.81% conversion rate increase on desktop.
   - Platform: React conversion and componentization. Performance surge that reduced total page load time by 10% and above the fold rendering time by 28%.
- Accomplished this with a team of 2 direct reports, 12 engineers, 3 product designers, 3 data analysts, 2 QA analysts, and a large, complex group of stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, BROWSE

- Hired as the first employee, the Director of Marketing role encompassed product marketing, email marketing, branding, customer acquisition, customer relationship management, and managing the marketing budget.

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

- Primary focus was program management of the launch and ongoing operation of Shoebuy Private Events.
- Other focus areas included website optimization, affiliate marketing, and social media.
