- Narrow (to a manageable selection): In one test to help make filters easier for customers to understand, we added images to technical industry terms. This increased conversion by 3.50%.
- Evaluate (products): Tested making it easy for customers to view a product and return to where they left off browsing by opening products in new tabs. The result was a 2.81% conversion rate increase on desktop.
- Platform: React conversion and componentization. Performance surge that reduced total page load time by 10% and above the fold rendering time by 28%.
- Accomplished this with a team of 2 direct reports, 12 engineers, 3 product designers, 3 data analysts, 2 QA analysts, and a large, complex group of stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
