Experienced Production Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the apparel and fashion industry.

Generate multiple financial reports for budge forecasting and compose monthly reviews while generating journal entries. Complete payroll daily as well as process new hires weekly.

Certify proper internal safeguards by providing internal controls checklist to my team as well as working with corresponding management teams. Cooperatively work alongside Field Control Auditors to maintain the controlled environment. Fulfilled monthly/quarterly independent internal control audits. Handled legal and HR compliance postings.

Bussiness Manager II

Administer the accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Assist in the annual operating budget for the Distribution Center and Sales Operations. Generate multiple financial reports for budget forecasting. Maintain customer contracts and forms: w9's, sales tax exemptions, contractual rebate request.

Certify proper internal safeguards by supporting the sampling/free goods process.

Coordinate local team meetings, monthly employee product sales, and oversee the availability of distribution center office equipment and supplies.

Manage market unit business managers indirectly by providing helpful advice for the betterment of local teams.

Act as auxiliary manager for sales departments in the completion of customer service tickets, resulting in a first place rank of the West Region of the Arizona/New Mexico Market Unit.
