Senior Brand Manager Flavours South East Africa Business Unit

The Senior Brand Manager Flavors is the PASSIONATE OWNER of the Flavors BUSINESS in SEABU. This position needs to lead the transformation of the Flavors Portfolio, playing a critical role on achieving SEABU Goals. The main objective of the role is to set the vision of the SEABU Flavors portfolio, define a purposeful growth strategy for our core brands whilst refreshing the brand building capabilities of our marketing community. In the journey of contributing to our company mission of Refresh SEABU and Make a Difference, the Flavors team will focus its efforts behind our marketing Key Vision Enablers

Brand/Business Analysis:
•	For SBP - Flavor Sparkling SAF
•	For ABP/Brand Planning - SAF
•	Monthly performance tracking
Execution of Marketing Programs:
•	Project leadership & management of Marketing Programs
•	Development of business & creative adaptation briefs
•	Cross-functional collaboration: KO Marketing, Franchise IMC team & other Franchise

functions, BU central marketing, Bottling Partners, Agencies
•	Execution plan development & implementation
•	Management of Project DME/Marketing budget
•	Management of Agency by Project (execution, GRV, invoicing)
•	After action review
Implementation of Innovation pipeline:
•	Lead CIF for Flavor Sparkling Innovation projects
•	Cross-functional collaboration with Franchise Innovation Manager, other KO functions & Bottling partners
•	Launch plan development & execution
•	After action review
Collaboration with Bottling partners:
•	For execution of Marketing programs & Innovation projects
•	Set routines for status meeting, NPD, market & consumer visits
•	Progress reviews of marketing campaign & innovation performance, with corrective actions where required

Governance:
•	Manage DME spend in compliance with purchasing policy - timeliness in contracts, cost estimates for raising of POs, approval prior to start of activity, GRV with all relevant justification document
•	Track DME spend vs. budget - including actual & assigned, open PO management on monthly basis with P2P team
•	Compliance with purchasing policy & LCOA is required, as well as legal & responsible marketing guidelines

Senior Brand manager

Colas Strategy Implementation for multi countries (16 countries):
•  Assist with the development LT & ST Brand Insight & Strategy (Strat Plan & AOP, Portfolio Direction from Marketing Manager Colas.
• Lead brand and support with brand promise, brand vision, brand position, brand architecture to achieve the overall business and brand goals.
• Lead the team on the implementation plans
• Implementation & Control, Cross Functional Alignment Category Profit Responsibility
• Support the Marketing Manager on implementation and delivery.
• Manage agencies in the development of communication to deliver on KPIs
• Lead and support the development and execution of local thematic communication (where applicable)
• Support with Brands specific communication
• Supports development of annual insight plans to support Brands strategy development and strategy performance tracking
Manage and administer brand budgets with approved levels in line with agreed AOP

SBP/AOP Plan Execution:
Support and align with the Marketing Manager on the Brands SBP and AOP development.
• Develop Brands marketing strategies to develop objectives and implementation plans to facilitate business unit growth.
• Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan.
Alignment of plans with the bottlers across markets


Bring the strategy to life:
• Deliver Colas results: volume-revenue-nopbt.
• Constantly monitors brands performance vs. plan
• Communicate plans to sales, monitors execution, seeks feedback and post evaluates results of promotions
• Manages the innovation process for Colas
• Assists the Marketing Manager ATL copy development / adaptation (TV, print, radio, OOH, etc.) and media campaign preparation

Brand manager

* Analyse how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallise targeted consumers insights
* Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to
* Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
* Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to "take action"
* Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
* Coach the team and get the best from everyone
* Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
* Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
* Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
* Anticipate bottlenecks
* Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
* Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics

* Assist brand manager with admin and execution of proposed brand plan
* Brand stewardship
* New product development and marketing research
* Implement marketing strategies to drive profitability in assigned area
* To represent the consumers best interests within environment so consumers needs are always satisfied

Assistant Brand manager

Key Responsibilities

* Acquire sites to be presented to the PSC
* Manage sites and ensure they meet site set budgets
* Conduct on site promotions
* Ensure that sites stay compliant with gaming board regulations
* Retain sites within network through relationship management
* Site credit collection and management

Area manager
