My responsibilities at SBC include supporting the efforts of the Training, Events, and Research departments. I am accountable for all aspects of seminars delivered in Spanish and English for the Honda Export Sales Division, sales support activities, and providing project support for our office in Panama. Other activities that I am in charge of are:
- Coordinating product launches for Honda export sales division in Latin America
- Generating customer service surveys for small companies in US and Latin America and constructing survey results reports every month
- Developing marketing materials for SBC, Inc. and other companies (PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and digital ads)
- Operate the company’s website and generate content in Spanish and English

- Coordinated logistics with ambassadors to the US, politicians and Latin American entrepreneurs
- Planned events for C-level speakers, diplomats and industry leaders
- Assisted in coordinating the World Diplomatic Forum and monthly dinner receptions with ambassadors

Mexico and Latin America Desk

- Organized networking events with CEOs and politicians in the Tijuana/San Diego region
- Managed bilingual content, social media, and employee recruitment for the Marketing Dept.
- Promoted foreign investment in Tijuana at the Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce in Mumbai, India
