Assisted with the logistics for parallel testing using new and old scheduling software and reconcile for accuracy. Data entry to support the scheduling department, this will involve learning a new software system, as well as learning about the field of signed language interpreting and the work of scheduling interpreters and captioning services. Hired to tutor ELI Levels 134, 135, 136 students struggling or failing in Algebra I and Property of Real Numbers and Laws of Exponent. Assisted prepare students for upcoming tests or exams during study periods. Recorded student progress submitted to teacher for review and began next stage instruction when appropriate.

Skills: Beginning Algebra, solving Algebraic Equations and Property of Real Numbers and Laws of Exponent.


Math Tutor 

Oversaw appointments made by all incoming students, faculty, staff, employers and other visitors. Helped students understand their academic requirements & explained academic policies. Assisted with office-related tasks and projects given by Director of Academic Advising and Tutorial & Instructional Programs. Performed errands and relayed messages to director, executive secretary, coordinators, and advisors as needed.??

Front Desk Assistant 

Gathered information and completed Social Security Reports. Assisted employees and students with forms and questions, Gathered and copied required information for forms such as worker’s compensation, insurance questionnaires and personnel action forms (as needed), maintained file for tax forms, recorded file numbers and verified information on special action pay forms, verified timecards and match to worksheets, assisted process the payroll in ADP (Automatic Data Processing), copying and sorting completed payroll forms, other various task as assigned, and Stamp, sort and mail payroll worksheets and leave reports to the departments.

Skills: Strong mathematical skills, confidentiality, ability to be organized, and proficiency with desktop calculator.
