Thea_ Young: Supply Manager in Fleetwood, NC

Responsible for the supply of retail goods to both store locations in a manner that supports Footsloggers' core values and intended customer. This includes supervision of shipping and receiving department, organization of product assortment, inventory levels, sales tracking and forecasting, seasonal transitions and markdowns, as well as merchandising plans. Maintaining and strengthening vendor relationships, while seeking out innovative products to offer customers and continuing flow of core products. Collaborating with Owner, Store Managers and key sales staff to create a product assortment plan for each store, each season, for all departments and implementing that plan through preseason and at once ordering. Working directly with, and often alongside, sales floor management and staff to support their efforts on the retail floor and stay connected to customer interests and needs. Functioning in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining an organized flow of product and information.
