-Developed trims, hangtags, and main label packages at the start of each year
-Set up PO's to order blanks and salesman samples at the start of every season
-Worked closely with vendors to develop new bodies and successfully execute the production of styles
-Constantly researched trends in art and fashion, including a variety of screen printing techniques, washes, and body styles for tees and sportswear
-Managed freelancers and interns on a daily basis
-Assisted in all fittings to be sure designs were carried out successfully
-Assisted in all photoshoots and events, and provided effective direction to be sure the accurate image of the brand was being displayed
-Worked as a live artist at ASR, Surf Expo, and other industry events
