I have been an administrative assistant and have been in customer service for all different types of companies from Tech to Law and Media. I learn fast, work hard and have a professional demeanor. I have the gift of making people feel important and comfortable. I care about my work and doing the best job that I can in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities include the following Areas:
• Customer service activities
• Order entry, order confirmations and tracking
• Invoicing and payroll
• Ad sales and Ad creation

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include the following Areas:
• Trained a number of volunteers to foster kittens and cats while looking for permanent homes
• Used social media to link available kittens and cats to new owners
• Worked with local pet supply stores to organized pet adoption fairs

• Driver, local support in the bay area
• Maintained 5 Star service rating for excellent customer service, friendly conversation and cleanliness
