Biweekly payroll for 150+ employees

Collect, process and pay weekly reimbursable expenses for 40+ employees
Maintain Monthly Vehicle and Phone allowances for 40+ employees
Calculate payroll-related data including garnishments, retroactive pay, rate changes, medical deductions and other benefits.
Keep track off PTO, such as vacation, personal and sick leave for all employees.
Process paperwork for new employees and maintain records of employee changes and updates.
Research and respond to payroll related inquires for internal and external parties by compiling payroll data from time sheets, payroll register and other records.
Assist with reconciling records of bank transactions monthly. Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, management of the client database, basic bookkeeping and uniform distribution.
Provide clerical support to all departments. Coordinate services such as office equipment maintenance and repairs. Set up and maintain filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Prepare and maintain prelim notices, subcontractor agreements and insurance certificates. 
Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of employee benefits such as pension plans and medical insurance.
Manage, schedule and maintain employee annual reviews, benefit eligibility, medical exams and keep a current record of staff members address and phone numbers.
Prepare and submit vendor/supplier credit applications.
Maintain current insurance and registration, resolve violations and schedule standard maintenance for all fleet vehicles.
