Working with Adobe Creative Suite and AVA CAD/CAM software to create wallcovering designs and to interpret designs as flat or tonal spot color separations for use in rotary screen or gravure printing. Perfecting layouts and motifs prior to engraving. Filling out spec sheets. Sending finished files to be engraved. Communicating with design and production teams to achieve the best quality product. Creating and maintaining an archive of design engraving files. Copy writing and editing as needed.

Taught students surface design techniques including batik, shibori, and block printing and their practical application to garments and accessories.

Instructed undergraduate students in their Survey of Textiles lab. This lab introduced students to all aspects of textiles from fiber to finish.

Led guests on fun and exciting adventures down class 2 and 3 whitewater sections of the Lehigh River in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Educated guests on river safety and the local ecology.
