My career spans 20+ years in advertising, design and publishing. I'm an award-winning design veteran, accomplished in all areas of print and digital design. Responsible for all aspects of running a small advertising and design studio.

Hired to provide creative direction and team management for West Coast office. Responsible for overseeing and implementing all creative initiatives for Hyundai Owner Marketing program, including Blue Link telematics, Hyundai Rewards and Collision Conquest wholesale parts marketing programs.

• Worked with Option One Mortgage’s in-house creative department to develop and implement new brand identity style guide

• Redesigned Verizon Wireless out-of-home campaign for entire Western region resulting in increased brand awareness in heavily competitive areas

• Led H&R Block’s successful brand launch of Vantive Partners tax planning service in two major markets

• Art directed and designed weekly circulars for Walmart that helped drive retail traffic to record levels

Senior Art Director

Responsibilities included providing art direction, photo touch-up and graphic/production support for various B-to-B and B-to-C direct mail, collateral, advertising and web design projects.

Clients: GT Bicycles, Survivair, Waterfront Hilton, Portobello, Monier Lifetile.

Graphic Designer

Lead designer for the creative development of direct mail campaigns for various automotive dealerships across the Western region. Guided new business development efforts and set company strategy. Recruited and mentored creative talent. Handled multiple projects simultaneously and consistently met tight deadlines.

Art Director

Helped launch award-winning, full-color magazine that catered to long board surfers worldwide. Worked with photographers, writers, advertisers, and print vendors to produce bi-monthly magazine. Designed editorial layouts, section headings, logos, various promotional materials. Provided advertising design for various clients. Oversaw production quality, retouched photos and archived digital assets. Attended industry tradeshows to help promote magazine.
