I'm a senior level marketing professional and United States Marine Corps veteran with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Master of Science in Technology Management from the College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I attended 4 different high schools growing up, 3 colleges, and had numerous part and full-time jobs over the last several years. I've lived in 5 different states including: IL, WI, TX, NC, and CA. 

I like to travel and I'm never afraid to be the "new guy." I'm very motivated in both my personal and professional life. Continuous improvement is something that I strive for everyday through proper nutrition, fitness, education, communication and experience in general. I do not sit idle very often. I spend as much time as possible with persons that are important to me. I'm always interested in traveling to new places and meeting new people. I choose my goals and aspirations very carefully. Working with and for the right people and causes will always be very important to me. 

I have had some amazing mentors as bosses throughout the years. I'm thankful for all the opportunities I've had working with them. Managed partnerships with external companies and creators to market the moomoo app to retail investors in the US. Many of these partnerships included negotiating terms for paid content partnerships and advertising on multiple social and private platforms. Worked closely with internal teams to include senior management, product marketers, developers, and other marketing and creative professionals to establish a target market and brand positioning for the US market. Led our advisory council board meetings monthly and held various educational webinars for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accomplishments:
- Managed projects with partners that led to over 5,300 new paying clients, more than 25 new high quality partner-placed content pieces, and several successful in-person and online branding and educational events to strengthen the awareness of the brand and products
- Launched a paper trading competition with a partner brand that led to 730+ new paying clients with a KPI of 500+ new paying clients as my first project with the company
- Successfully launched multiple partnerships to reach key performance indicators for new paying clients each quarter and maintained over 40 existing relationships to position the brand effectively in the industry

Partner Marketing Manager

Managed the marketing department and reported directly to the CEO monthly on: advertising, public relations, web, search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, video, social media, special events, and branding performance for HOIST Fitness and the licensed brand LeMond Fitness. Recruited high-performing employees for graphic design and web development who were able to do more internally, reducing external costs in marketing and creating more revenue.

Key Accomplishments:
- Launched new Shopify eCommerce website and Amazon profile adding $2M+ annual revenue streams
- Implemented new e-friendly branding guidelines and logos across company and worldwide dealer network
- Saved the company roughly $90,000+ annually for external services no longer needed

Marketing Director

Managed all: marketing, sales, advertising, public relations, web, search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, video, social media, special events, branding, intellectual property and Salesforce CRM related projects and accounts for the company and foundation. Remain on the board and attend regular board meetings as Treasurer of the foundation.

Key Accomplishments:
- Recruited high-performing employees willing to take an ambiguous role in a start-up e-commerce company and helped the business succeed at doubling revenue every year for 5 years straight.
- Managed a $480,000 annual Google AdWords budget elevating the brand to new levels online
- Launched the brand in Dick’s Sporting Goods and Field & Stream stores and online websites
- Helped the company reach a Facebook following of more than 200K+ followers and Alexa traffic ranking of
596,000 putting us in the top 2% of sites in the world.
- Helped more than 1,000+ injured veterans with rehabilitation through adaptive sports grants & events


Chief Marketing Officer

Managed the marketing department responsible for both companies’: websites, advertising, public relations, search engine optimization (SEO), graphic design, videos, social media, trade shows, special events, and branding.
Key Accomplishments:
- Built a team of individuals to implement new technology adoption (including SalesForce CRM and Pardot Marketing Automation) and new forms of digital marketing (including Adwords and social media channels)
- Successfully rebranded both companies from signage and three separate trade show booths, to new fully responsive websites for better mobile performance and SEO
- Retained again on independent contract for 2016 International Manufacturing Technology show as Project Manager
