Planned and led strategic 2-year initiative to increase video consumption across all digital platforms and content partners. Hired and managed initial 3-person Digital Video team; grew to staff of 13 supporting input, publishing and programming of 20-25 cutting edge HD videos daily to connect viewers with weather occurrences.

Directed and developed content strategies and managed supporting systems to improve news content and improve page views for expert and scientific coverage of weather news and events. Managed $1.8M annual budget and grew Digital Content team from 3 to 12 members.

Director, Digital Content

Served as overall project manager and editorial director for newly created product promoting climate change and green living. Managed $1.5M budget and 3-member team.   
?	Led development teams through targeted projects including site redesign to increase site traffic; grew traffic from 250K unique visitors per month to average of 950K unique visitors and 5M page views in less than 2 years.
?	Created and executed presentation of Smart Living to support green living concept, messaging and video content.

Managing Editor

Developed creative direction and concepts, produced and executed all on-air marketing and promotional sound for top rated sports radio station. Supported Sports News, Talk and Live coverage of San Francisco Giants baseball team, San Francisco 49ers football team, Golden State Warriors basketball team, Stanford University football and basketball, San Jose Sabercats arena football team and San Francisco Bulls hockey team. 
?	Drove creative process and production for commercials, station promos, imaging clips and opens and closes for shows.
