Customer Service Manager
Provide support to CEO, E-Commerce Manager, and Warehouse Manager
Market product through social media accounts (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, etc)
Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service
Work closely with Warehouse/ Production manager to manage inventory levels
Enter production invoices for current and new garment pieces 
Resolve customers’ service or billing complains by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting charges
Recommend improvement in products, packaging, shipping, service, or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future customer service issues
