As part of Limeade's acquisition of Sitrion, I managed the transfer of information from Sitrion over to Limeade, including  the O365 and Azure environments. Director of IT and Security, Sitrion

Manage, maintain, and support a network of 250 users in 7 physical locations, including users located at multiple remote jobsites. Migrated network infrastructure from an unmanaged and inefficient switch topology to a structured environment using managed switches. Managed contract support personnel to assist in major projects, provided direction to contract help desk, as well as handled day to day end user support. Cleaned up and maintained Group Policies, to provide a consistent user experience for remote connectivity, printer and file access for all remote sites, and a secure computing environment. Built relationships with major IT equipment distributors, to consolidate IT purchasing increasing the efficiency and cost effectiveness of IT purchases, resulting in an average of 15% cost savings. Coordinated installation and setup on a Lifesize® video conferencing system between all offices. Coordinated purchase and installation of a Cisco IP Telephony system, replacing multiple separate PBX systems at main and satellite office locations. Lead the design and implementation of offsite Disaster Recovery data center, with real time data replication to provide seamless failover capabilities. Began process of migrating existing servers to a virtual server setup, utilizing VMware ESX.

Participated in management and maintenance of a network of 350+ users, in 6 physical locations. Assisted in conversion from Novell and Linux to a Windows environment running Microsoft Exchange. Migrated and upgraded network infrastructure utilizing Cisco Catalyst switches and Routers. Managed all servers and critical systems including Domain security, Enterprise Anti-Virus, Internet security and monitoring, and E-mail systems. Configured and maintained a Xiotech SAN connected to critical systems. Worked with the Purchasing Department to develop standards for IT purchases of workstations, laptops, and printers.  Implemented Riverbed Steelhead WAN accelerator between offices, to improve network performance. Developed proposals for upper management for upgrading our infrastructure, and services. Employed, directed, and supervised contract IT personnel when necessary, for specific projects. Helped plan the opening of a new office, in regards to network infrastructure, connectivity to enterprise MPLS network, and procurement of workstations and servers.  Held training seminars on multiple topics including Password Best Practices, Security Concepts, Outlook, and new employee orientation. Managed daily backups of all locations, and helped develop and coordinate offsite backup storage plan. Worked with other team members to develop a disaster recovery plan, which was successfully implemented and executed for hurricane Katrina, allowing the company to quickly return to full operation in a new location. Directed recovery team in all efforts following hurricane Katrina, and was instrumental in recovery process, and restoration of complete enterprise functionality.
