Work with the leaders of Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Sourcing to establish and define a strategy for the entry-level mountain bike category. Develop annual line reviews and creation of 3 year product road map. Present product vision, features, and functionality both internally to sales and externally to retailers and customers. Work with Marketing and Sales to develop sales publications, catalogs, packaging and product launch packages. Review and share accountability for category margin. Oversight of project deadlines for design, engineering, specification and commercialization of products.

* Worked with a team of product managers, supply chain leaders and marketing specialists to develop Core ATB and kids line for MY16 and MY17. * Managed BOMs for all entry-level hardtails, fatbikes, “6Fattie” hardtails and kid’s XC bikes. * Developed custom components with key vendors while maintaining target costs, testing standards, and timelines. * Assisted in negotiating component costs with vendors as well as FOB costs with assemblers to achieve targeted margins.
