Tom is a recent college graduate from Full Sail University; his major was in Entertainment Business. Over the past few years Tom has come to find a particular interest and fascination in MMO gaming. He's been so interested in this genre of gaming that he's started a podcast community revolving around games in this field. Tom has discovered the power/ responsibility of online community management/ fan base engagement through TrollScroll.com; his own fan site and podcast. Reaching out to listeners and also receiving feedback from his fanbase has given him a lot of experience in dealing with community coordination. 

Tom is currently a Community Coordinator at 2k pursuing a career in the video game industry.

Monitoring relevant social channels to engage and interact with 2K fans. Engaging users on the official 2K Forums on a daily basis. Ensuring community and brand expectations are fulfilled across social networks. Teaming up with PR and marketing on executing community and digital media strategies. Monitoring and reporting on major community metrics, being able to read and synthesize broad community sentiment on key topics.  Pro-actively inform other departments of potential issues and offer solutions to assist with problems identified. Assist the Customer Service department in identifying, routing, and escalating customer service issues to the proper personnel who can assist in resolving such issues.

As a sales consultant, I am to execute assigned responsibilities from store management within the area to engage customers using selling skills to build complete, connected solutions while providing high customer service. It is also my responsibility to achieve operating results, growth objectives, and overall financial performance goals that meet Best Buy's Management expectations. The foundation to a great customer experience at Best Buy stores is provided by our sales associates consistently updated knowledge in technology and electronic products.

Sales Consultant

The Editor-in-Chief maintains the upkeep of the TROLL SCROLL fan site. His duties cover every aspect of the content produced on this fan site. From conducting the show, editing the podcast, filming videos, writing articles, and communicating with the brand's fanbase; the Editor-in-Chief is constantly hard at work building content for the brand.

As primary head, having final responsibility for all the operations and policies is required. He heads all the elements (i.e. podcast, video, and editorial content) of the organization. Additionally, the editor-in-chief is held accountable for delegating tasks to staff members as well as keeping up with the time it takes them to complete their task. Ultimately, his responsibility is to make sure the information produced on this fan site is authentic, accurate, correctly punctuated, fair, and appealing to the readers interest.

Bagger, or Bag boy, is an unofficial title given to courtesy clerks at supermarkets. The primary duties of a bagger revolve around putting groceries into a bag and then into a shopping cart. Upon requests, baggers may take the groceries out to a customer's car or supply other forms of service. Other duties may include cleaning the store, cleaning the bathrooms, collecting carts, sweeping the store, fixing and maintaining the bottle recycling machines, giving customer assistance, putting items customers initially intended to purchase but changed their mind about at the register back on the shelf (usually called "back shop" or "returns"), and reorganizing products on aisles to make a more neat appearance (commonly called "blocking", "facing" or "conditioning"). 

Cashier:

Cashiers are responsible for receiving and disbursing money, processing credit and debit card payments, and validating checks.

Responsibilities for cashier jobs often include:

Verifying that customers are old enough to make age-restricted purchases. Selling store rewards programs, or encouraging customers to apply for store credit cards. Using scanners and cash registers to ring up purchases and provide change. Bagging customer purchases. Counting the money in the register at the beginning and end of a shift, and ensuring that it balances correctly.

•	Organized future content promotions based on traffic levels and community feedback through use of analytics.
•	Collaborated with editorial staff to meet project goals including features, press embargoes, interviews, and event coverage.
•	Communicated with development studio and publisher to arrange content interviews, embargoes, and press assets.
•	Facilitated community outreach using a variety of social platforms including Wordpress, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Youtube, forums, and email.
•      Produced and edited a weekly podcast providing informative and entertaining coverage to thousands of listeners via R.S.S. and iTunes. 
•      Produced and edited videos directly relevant to our coverage as a visual medium offered to our fanbase.
