Tom Racine: Director of Video Production in El Cajon, CA

I started with SPARK as a graphic designer, then in 2008 we decided to expand our website and our teacher training, so I was tasked with the set up of a video production department. Starting from scratch and given $80,000 for the first year, I purchased all the equipment and began shooting videos. I have made that $80,000 last four years and have written, directed, storyboarded, filmed, lit, sound recorded, edited, created all the graphics and animations for over 350 short videos.

I am a freelance graphic artist and illustrator, with extensive package design, logo design, character design, and general business printing production experience. I am also a cartoonist and film maker, with several years of professional non-linear editing and film making behind me.
