I currently work in a hotel in Huntington Beach and I am cross trained in all front office positions (front desk, concierge, PBX, reservations, guest services).  It is a fast paced, customer service driven environment with an emphasis on professionalism and quality service.  I would like to take the skills I have learned in the hospitality industry and use it to begin a career that I am passionate about.

Assist guests checking in, checking out, and any issue or request during their stay.  Address requests and issues quickly and efficiently.  Cross trained in PBX operating system, guest services, concierge, and reservations.
