•	Guided and educated customers about Burton, Analog, and Anon product lines, providing specific details about which products would best suit their needs.
•	Provide white glove customer service while answering inquiries about products, online orders, warranty, and technical support to Burton consumers. 
•	Serve as the customer's primary point of contact - own customer issues, from start to finish.
