Operations Supervisor

My name is Tracy. I've spent the past two years with The Leverage assisting and overseeing the entire operations department while also managing and developing our human resources department. I have over 4 years+ experience in Men's streetwear and e-commerce with additional knowledge in sales.

Aside from apparel & fashion, I also have experience in music & radio production. I have interned for multiple collectives/stations providing me with a keen sense and taste for discovering talents and musical influencers. This also allowed me to explore, reach out, and engage with the audience through music journalism and show content production.

Operations
- Manage accounts payable for over 600 boutiques. 
- Track and capture all pending, settled and overdue payments which include forms of NET, COD, CC and 
consignment. 
- Approve and adjust orders while also regulating inventory count.
- Assist buyers with special requests and ordering inquiries.
- Input orders and provide deadlines for pre-books, collaborative drops, and at- once supply. 
- Working cooperatively side by side with sales team to accomplish all sales goals are met that includes:
- Appointing potential clients and stores to correct rep according to territory/region.
- Provide analyzed sales and commission reports. 
- Overseeing inventory and distribution of goods for 7+ in-house brands. 
- Introducing and managing in-house inventory control systems and E-commerce platforms ensuring that they are fully maximized to their potential, that includes Brandboom, Apparel Magic, Shopify, Quickbooks and Shipstation.

Sound board operator 
- working all technical support and sound equipments to ensure show is running smoothly live and recorded properly.

Show content developer - Trillectro on Air
- Organize show meetings to develop structure for show content 
- Research pop/music news and trending topics
- Brainstorm new ideas and segments for show
- Follow new music and assess new material

Social media
- Research new content for social media handles for 90k+ followers
- Strategizing handles to provide an engaging experience while providing alluring aesthetic and cohesive themes. 
- Engage audience through creating narrative/storyline assets for media content
- Organize week to week forecast and calendar of media content



Sound Operator (Intern)

Production
- Assist production department in inventory upkeep and organization
- Present upcoming musical influencers in mood board format for design department 
- Develop product description and visual content for E-commerce
- Coordinate/style/participate in photoshoot projects for lookbooks and catalogues
