Underwriting Benefits Analyst/Employee Benefits Account Manager

•	Establish and maintain day-to-day relationships with insurance company, third–party administrators, and related vendor-based client service and account management staff
•	Coordinate marketing, renewal, and implementation activities for client employee health and benefits programs
•	Gather and analyze benchmarking, utilization, premium rate and administration fee data from vendors 
•	Support senior consultants in developing and implementing appropriate health and benefit strategies for private and public sector clients
•	Identify cost savings opportunities for clients by developing financial, plan design, and health plan alternatives
•	Represent clients as a point of contact to resolve issues or concerns that clients encounter as a result of administrative service or claims 
•	Support the Regulatory Resources Group in providing client assistance regarding compliance with HIPAA, COBRA, and other laws regulating health and group plans
•	Develop benefit communication content and design

Analyst

•	Ensure thorough and efficient completion of all organizational, administrative and client processes
•	Resolve numerous logistical and administrative issues for clients and Financial Advisor team
•	Review and assess issues related to client queries, orders and transactions
•	Support Lead Financial Advisor and client relationships with dedicated and accurate service
•	Act as an intermediary between company Executives, Client Service Associates, IT and Operations staff

Morgan Stanley

•	Process new account documents, handled check requests and fund transfers
•	Provide administrative support for Financial Advisors
•	Work in conjunction with the branch operations team and bank service desks to address and resolve clients operational and administrative needs
