I have extensive customer service skills.  I have worked at the IRS for 10 years and know how to handle pleasant to very irate people and was always complimented on my calls.

Made weekly schedules for 5 housekeepers, spa technician and our handyman. Spoke to and
handled issues with homeowners and guests on a daily basis. I was over
Conceirge services for guests. Managed 42 Units. I also handled property
management for 12 long term renters located in Ogden and Eden. I have an
excellent repor with our vendors, homeowners and the HOA. Worked closely
with Snow Basin as we are the closest lodging to their ski resort.

guidelines and/or procedures are to be applied to analyze and solve tax issues. I
correspond on a daily basis with taxpayers and their representatives concerning
issues of tax compliance, appeal procedures and penalties. I regularly calm the
customer and help them resolve any tax issues they are experiencing. I am told
on 99.9% of my calls that I am the most friendly IRS agent they have ever
worked with. My specialty is in Employment Tax Law.
