Manage all non clinical aspects including financial duties for our clinic and group site.

I'm responsible for member outreach and retention. I act as a resource for members and help patients understand the medical group practice. Most importantly, I am part of a Service Excellence Team for our members.

Business Development Manager for North Orange County. I assist with coordinating Private Duty home care, Home Health, and Hospice services. I work closely with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities.

Manage and maintain strong relationships with RCFE's, SNF's, and Hospitals for business development. This position requires skills in pre-call planning, account management, value based marketing, consistency, and teamwork.
