•	Evaluate monitor data to set sales goals, manage budget, personnel, schedules, and inventory.

Powersports Sales Manager

• Job responsibilities: ensure the safety of beach patrons, respond to emergencies, calls for assistance, and provide advance medical care. 
• Facilitated joint rescues with EMS, Fire, US Coast Guard and other agencies as Incident Commander.  
• Oversaw all Marine and Land equipment, trained all employees in proper use.
• Handled beach patrons in critical situations whenever beyond the typical lifeguard’s capabilities. 
• Learned early how to read; handle stressful situations in a professional, calm and collective manner. 
• Qualified and Competed in State and National Life Guard competitions
