Trevor worked with LeanWerks from February-August 2018 and effectively implemented new methods of purchasing that resulted in significant cost savings. By expanding the supplier network, Trevor created more options for purchasing materials which translated into greater leverage and better pricing.

Trevor researched existing supply purchasing, established alternative sourcing, and saved LeanWerks +30% in supply costs annually. Newly established relationships also resulted in more timely and less expensive shipping.

Trevor previously worked at SMI and started there when they created their sister company, INK, in 2008. INK was a new business and, as the second employee hired, Trevor had the opportunity to help grow the company from the ground up. Trevor was a key part of every aspect of INK: production (graphics and painting), quality control in accordance to ISO 9000, shipping and handling, inventory control and maintenance, employee management, safety committee, and meeting the goals and expectations established by upper management.

Trevor worked as a project manager and helped a new ownership group of SMI with change management, and facilitating a smooth transition process. Part of that transition was integrating INK into IQMS, a manufacturing ERP software.

Trevor received an MBA from Weber State University in December, 2018.

•	Expanded LeanWerks's supply base resulting in cost savings via vendor competition and additional supplier choices.
•	Performed in-depth analysis of supply purchasing. Identified +30% cost savings and built a database to manage and take advantage of those savings opportunities.
