Over the past few years I have been contracted to work in a variety of positions for many different types of office settings. I believe it has given me the ability to be adaptable and hit the ground running when I enter into any office. • Manage internet circuits across 60+ offices, nationally.

• Managed the Supplier Diversity registration process for over 100 companies

Sales/Marketing Coordinator

• Managed over 400 paper ballots daily and uploading and/or rejecting as needed 
• Executed over 50 voting of ballots daily on behalf of clients and ballot preparation for public institutions
• Provided operational support to the client service managers; including: client document customization, organization and management; custodian account setup; and account setup
• Audited and maintained client accounts on an ongoing basis, including: adding, modifying and closing accounts as instructed by the client or Client Service Managers
• Monitored ballot and holdings exceptions reports for account related errors and resolve per standard operating procedures

Operations Associate

• Maintained a goal of 60 leads per day to be researched 
• Managed and updated CRM software (Salesforce.com) and ran reports to be used by the sales team
• Collaborated with the marketing and sales teams on lead generation tactics and sales direction on a weekly basis

Contracted Marketing Leads Researcher

• Assisted in the processing, recording and documenting of over 100 documents daily pertaining to financial related transactions; including: accounts payable, accounts receivable and inventory control
• Handled incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distribution
• Matched invoices and receiving documents to purchase orders for all 29 San Francisco Library Branches
• Managed bank deposits and statement reconciliation process on a daily basis
• Acted as liaison between communication, finance, and development departments and key internal and external partners
• Prepared monthly meeting materials, reports, presentations and minutes for all board meetings
• Fielded and respond to donor/member inquiries and assisted in the processing of donations and non-donations in the form of check, cash or credit card utilizing Raiser’s Edge

Administrative Assistant

• Coordinated over 30 ticket sales daily through Vendini ticketing agent
• Maintained an accurate and efficient filing system through organizing documents, ticket receipts, and artist/company articles
• Assisted in the planning and creation of a company booth for the “Fillmore Jazz Festival” for as many as 100 thousand jazz enthusiasts gathering in 12 blocks on Fillmore street in San Francisco
• Responsible for ordering of laminate, posters, pens and mints with company logo
• Coordinate the “American Idols in Concert”  autograph sessions as well as a meet and greets
• Assisted in increasing company name on smaller/local online search engines in order to promote the company and each artist’s show
• Increased mailing list through company promotions

Marketing and Administrative Assistant

• Managed client’s social media presence on Twitter
• Collaborated with artists, performers and graphic designer on the show’s copy and image used for promotion and marketing 
• Ensured that over 30 relevant media outlets have the most updated information
