A transplant from the East Coast currently grinding at Rusty Surfboards in San Diego, CA.  

•	Maintain and operate an APS3000 Machine (CNC)
•	Proficient with Shape3dx and APS3000 Operator Program
•	Inspect all boards for minor defects or any deviation from customer/account specifications.
•	Manage all warehouse inventory and ensure products meet deadlines
•	Assist with customers/accounts on custom board orders
•	First and last person to work on every Rusty Surfboard
•	Boardbuilding skills: Hot-wiring, CNC Cutting, Acrylic spray Finishes, Quality Control
La Jolla Retail Location: Sales Lead/Social Media Specialist
•	Work closely with store manager to ensure sales are exceeded on a weekly basis
•	Create content for @RustyLaJolla and create new sales tactics through social media

•	Sand-to-finish boards and inspected before pickup and delivery
	•	Hand delivered shop surfboards and maintained account relations (ding repair accounts, stores & private clients)
	•	Assisted in surf model development for the 2018 Surf Expo (models: Lark single, Rocket twin)
	•	Created positive impact and influence at 2018 Surf Expo increasing sales directly

Sander/Ding Repair

•	Recruited, hired and trained full-time and part-time staff through off and peak season 
	•	Exceeded month to month sales through weekly meetings with business owner and leadership team 
	•	Built strong relationships with flagship team members in Brooklyn, NY and hosted team members from Tokyo, Japan during visits 
	•	Created and maintained relationships between customers and surfboard shapers to maintain deadlines 
	•	Created policy and procedure for custom board orders by implementing a comprehensive database and point of reference system for transparency between clients and team members 
	•	Hosted and organized events with the local community introducing brands and artists, increasing brand awareness and sales
