- Responsible for the management of the entire marketing budget at RinseKit, applying innovative marketing and advertising strategies to increase customer acquisition, penetration and revenue. I also had a successful and pivotal role in the management and strategic planning from inception to completion of ABC's Shark Tank appearance in February of 2017.
- Developed and maintained vital communication programs for RinseKit including senior management, vendors, sales teams, PR agencies, ad agencies, and non-profit organizations. Controlled overall company image across all marketing collateral in print and electronic formats, including online and managed social media accounts for the brand and increased following in one year by 210%. 
- Acquired and managed new Marketing Advertisement and PR Agencies that included the development of strategic business plans, ensuring overall brand awareness, revenue growth, and maximum market penetration.

Director of Marketing

- Marketed and managed some of the most reputable and influential brands in surf, skate, lifestyle and fashion channels at Absolute Board Co. Led market expansion and overall development of the South East territory sales by 37% year over year.
- I was personally responsible for developing and marketing a retail partnership program for Absolute Board Company to enhance sales and brand building across all levels.
- While working at Absolute Board Company I acquired 4 of the top retail buyers for the Penny Australia line through B2B relationships.

Senior Account Manager

- As an Inside Sales Manager at 2XU, I spearheaded significant new business development; worked extensively with various rep associations to qualify various parts on initial new business programs. 
- I was entrusted with managing major dealer accounts on behalf of 2XU. I collaborated with outside sales team on establishing short and long term account objectives and was responsible for producing and reviewing bimonthly sales review with team.

Manager - Inside Sales - East

- Worked directly with MLB, NBA, NFL, and NHL division heads to successfully acquire new accounts for GovX.com. 
- Responsible for assuring engagement retention, I on-boarded and managed 28 accounts.


Brand-Partner Development & Support - Sports Division

- In my role as Program Manager for International Surfing Association I worked on business development for surf educational programs leading to 3 new country-partners including China. I optimized the program for increased efficiency and cost savings resulting in 17% improvement. 
- At the International Surfing Association, I provided project leadership to national governing bodies in over 71 member countries.
